Shipping costs: We always try to offer you the lowest shipping costs possible. Therefore you can use the registered standard mail shipping by Deutsche Post, which is unrivaled cheap but takes its time. If you prefer fast (and insured) shipping you should choose Hermes or DHL parcels as the alternative. Shipping is free inside Germany from 60 € on.

Delivery and deadlines: We try to deliver as fast and completely as possible. Our average delivery time within Germany generally is 2-5 business days, within the EU is generally 5-10 business days. Delivery is done after we receive payment (Paypal: immediately, DIRECTeBanking & advance payment = after payment is received). Since we are dependent on suppliers too, in individual cases we reserve the right to deliver up to 18 days late. We will immediately contact you by e-mail. Same applies if an item is sold out. In no case delayed delivery justifies any claims of compensation. We reserve the right to fulfil foreign orders after confirmation only.
For goods imported into countries outside the EU customs duty and/or VAT may incur and is payable by the customer. Customs duty and VAT are not considered shipping costs. Please be aware of any additional costs that may incur.

Title retention: Until fully paid the the goods remain our property.

Other: These terms are subject to german law, jurisdiction is Berlin. The possible invalidity of any provision shall not otherwise affect the validity of the contract and these terms and conditions.

Exchange and return policy: Exchange and return of goods outside the statutory cancellation period is guaranteed only if the delivery was incorrect or products are faulty. If a shirt etc. does not fit, we can arrange exchange but only on a basis of goodwill. You have to pay any further shipping costs. Please inform us before you send anything in and wait for our confirmation. In exchange we only accept products in unused, mint condition. To avoid ordering wrong sizes please regard the size information on the product pages.

Damage in transit: All items are checked and carefully packed by us. Nevertheless, should an order arrive damaged, please fill out a damage confirmation form in the presence of the postman and inform us. Otherwise we are not liable for any compensation.

Widerrufsrecht: Du kannst Deine Vertragserklärung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z.B. Brief, Fax, e-Mail) oder durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen. Widerrufsfolgen: Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z. B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Kannst Du uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, mußt Du uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten.

Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Sache ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie Dir etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen kannst Du die Pflicht zum Wertersatz für eine durch die bestimmungsgemäße Ingebrauchnahme der Sache entstandene Verschlechterung vermeiden, indem Du die Sache nicht wie Dein Eigentum in Gebrauch nimmst und alles unterlässt, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt.

Paketversandfähige Sachen sind auf unsere Gefahr zurückzusenden. Du hast die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt oder wenn Du bei einem höheren Preis der Sache zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs noch nicht die Gegenleistung oder eine vertraglich vereinbarte Teilzahlung erbracht hast. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für Dich kostenfrei.
